FUEL MANAGEMENT
FUELlink Debut Pedestal Fuel Management System
FUELlink Systems Limited, a fuel asset management company, based in Bellshill were at the 2017 CV Show with the purpose of promoting and launching their pedestal fuel management system. The FUELlink fuel management system enables the monitoring and control of all fuel management and is backed up by thorough on-site training that ensures ease of use. FUELlink also connects with electronic tank gauges and can report current stock levels automatically at the end of each transaction. Pump totaliser readings can be entered at the terminal or the website, or are recorded automatically after each transaction.
This system offers a variety of benefits that include: 24/7 data
transfer, up to 4 pumps per terminal, transaction availability within seconds, large full colour VGA display, networkable and scalable, environmental reporting, easy retrofit to existing sites, interfaces with tank gauges, ANPR and vehicles terminals, two-way vehicle and driver SMS messaging and now integrates with VINIE. VINIE allows for automatic vehicle identification, odometer transfer and vehicle fuel tank levels to be integrated with the Fuel Management system. It achieves this through Bluetooth technology that connects directly to your vehicle, deliver an accurate transfer of the vehicles identification, odometer data and fuel tank levels in the fuel management system.
On the pedestal hardware solution, FUELlink’s Graeme Turner said; “The great thing about this pedestal fuel management system is that it eliminates driver error, allows for automatic identification and is Bluetooth device fitted.”
The Pedestal Fuel Management system was launched back in November for buses, but was receiving its official inauguration at the 2017 CV Show.
