     IAA PREVIEW
   Bridgestone Targets Fleets at IAA
Infinity Aims to increase CV Tyre Presence
The 300m2 two-level Bridgestone stand at the IAA Show in Hannover (Hall 16, stand C01) will be themed on the company’s renewed Total Tyre Care programme, the company’s cost- and time-saving tyre solution for fleets. Fleet operators visiting the stand will be guided through the Total Tyre Care offering, invited to see which service level would suit them best, and can inspect some of the latest Bridgestone truck and bus tyres, Bandag retreads and Bridgestone service systems.
The Total Tyre Care programme for fleets consists of three components: Total Tyre Life: built around premium Bridgestone new tyres and Bandag retreads to reduce the
unique tyre monitoring and tracking tools which help bring down costs by providing a clear picture of the condition of a fleet’s tyres at all times.
Harald Van Ooteghem, Senior Manager Marketing Planning, Commercial Business Unit, Bridgestone Europe explains: “Bridgestone’s Total Tyre Care is not a rigid ‘buy all’ system; it is a flexible programme offering three levels of customised tyre management and maintenance service packages designed to meet the individual needs of all fleet operators.”
Visitors to the stand will be able to view Bridgestone’s latest premium new tyres and Bandag retreads:
With its increasing presence in the European commercial tyre segment, Infinity intends to step up development and sales activity in 2015. And to promote these bold initiatives, the company will be debuting its range at IAA 2014 in Hall 25 Stand A02.
“The decision to be at the largest commercial vehicle fair is to support our engagement in
the important European market”, commented KK
Singh, European Sales
Manager. “Infinity offers
high quality products for
the most demanding
conditions. Our latest
products are being
developed in the most
modern facilities and
further tested in Europe
and are being constantly
improved to meet the highest regulation standards. Our
growing success, and also the positive reactions of our partners, now gives us confidence to display our excellent products to wider markets”.
The Infinity programme with its focus on the European market is developing region-specific products, including a
winter tyre range. The latest Infinity IFW806 and IFW807 tyres offer greater durability and more security in
winter conditions. In future Infinity winter tyres will not
only have the M+S symbol, but will also be marked with
the three peak snow flake symbol to highlight the brand’s capability in hard
winter conditions. Other highlights for the fair are the Infinity super
single tyres. With new dimensions now available,
the specially developed compound and carcass
construction guarantee high mileage and a long lasting tyre.
Retreadability and reduced noise emissions add to the positive aspects for the tyres. Infinity’s latest regrooving manual deliver additional value to the trade, ensuring the tyres have value long after their first use.
cost/km over the tyre’s complete lifecycle.
Total Tyre Services: professional tyre maintenance and assistance services to provide everything fleet operators need to keep their trucks running at maximum efficiency throughout Europe.
Total Tyre Systems: Bridgestone’s
Bridgestone R-DRIVE 001 and Bandag R-DRIVE 001 offering versatility, durability and low cost/km, the fuel-efficient Bridgestone ECOPIA H-DRIVE 001 and Bandag M749 FuelTech and the new Bridgestone U-AP 001: the robust urban all-position tyre + Bandag BDU2.
