      PEOPLE            Mr. Han-Jun Kim New Worldwide Organisational and Commercial Structure for Prometeon Tyre Group  Prometeon Tyre Group announced that in order to strengthen its presence in the different markets in which it operates and in line with the strategic interest of its shareholders to continue the integration process with the Aeolus group, the company has implemented a new organisational and commercial structure. The following appointees will report directly to Prometeon's Chairman and CEO, Giorgio Luca Bruno: The first appointment concerns Chief Commercial Officer, Murat Akyildi, who is responsible for all structures related to sales report (sales, marketing, OE, Agro Business and Supply Chain). Akyildiz has been with Prometeon for over two years and has held various positions including CEO of Region MEA, Turkey and India; CEO of Region EMEA and recently CEO of Greater Europe (Europe, Turkey, Russia and C.I.S). Secondly, Chief Technical Officer, Alexandre Bregantim, is in charge of operational functions related to research and development, production and product quality report. Bregantim has been Chief R&D and Quality Officer of Prometeon since 2016 and has more than 20 years’ experience in Pirelli Tyre in the fields of R&D, Manufacturing and Quality in Brazil and China. Moving on, Murilo Fonseca becomes the the CEO of Region Americas. He was formerly Prometeon Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Office LATAM. He held a career for more than 20 years in several areas and positions of Goodyear, eventually taking on the role of Sales Operations General Manager LATAM. Alp Gunvaran becomes CEO of Region MEA, Turkey, Russia & CIS after joining Prometeon in September 2016. Formerly CEO of Turkey, East Europe, Russia & CIS, Gunvaran has over 16 years of experience in P&G, where he held roles of increasing responsibility until becoming Commercial Director for the Household Care business for Turkey and the Caucasus. Additionally, Marco Solari sees himself become the CEO of Region Europe. He was formerly Global Sales Director and Managing Director of Italy, France, Spain, Nordics and Benelux. Solari has many years of commercial experience with Pirelli Tyre as Commercial Director of the Truck Business Europe, MEA and APAC and Chief Commercial Officer APAC for all Pirelli businesses. The final appointee refers to Yves Pouliquen as the CEO of the APAC & India Region. He has held this position with Prometeon since 2016. Pouliquen has a wide knowledge of the Asian market, where he previously held the positions of Asia-Pacific Business Sales Development Manager, Managing Director Malaysia and Commercial Director APAC for Michelin. at Hankook Tire's global headquarters in South Korea. "Hankook has developed strongly in this region especially over the last decade and taken a holistic approach to tyre development and production in Europe. Today, leading European premium automobile brands rely on the quality and performance of our products for their original equipment,” said Han-Jun Kim. "The challenge in the coming years is to further grow our brand awareness, brand presence and image in Europe to help to achieve our global goal of establishing Hankook as a global premium brand,” Kim continued.    Pooley to Head Up Michelin solutions’ Bus and Coach Sales Team Michelin solutions has appointed Stewart Pooley as Sales Manager for its UK and Ireland bus and coach division based at Michelin’s UK headquarters in Stoke-On- Trent. After more than two years as UK Original Equipment Manager for Michelin’s truck and bus arm, Pooley, 60, will be responsible for steering Michelin solutions’ ever- evolving digital offers into the marketplace. A long-serving Michelin employee of 28 years, Pooley brings a vast breadth of experience to the role – having previously been part of the Michelin solutions sales team from 2013 to 2015 – and he is excited by the technologies Michelin solutions is developing for the bus and coach sector. He says: “The industry is changing at a fast pace, but Michelin solutions is ahead of the curve thanks to the range of digital offers which have already begun to help bus and coach operators strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of their fleets.” Pooley continued, “I’m excited by the new technologies and innovations that we’ll be launching in the coming months and years – digital offers we’re convinced will significantly improve, enhance and simplify the process of running a bus or coach fleet.”   Stewart Pooley has been named Sales Manager for Michelin solutions’ UK and Ireland bus and coach division after 28 years at the company  Han-Jun Kim Announced as New President and COO of Hankook in Europe Hankook has appointed Mr. Han- Jun Kim (52) as Chief Operations Officer for Europe and the CIS markets and Head of European Headquarters. Kim joined the company in 2011 and most recently served as senior vice president of Corporate Management at Hankook Tire's Global Headquarters in Seoul, Korea. While gaining many years of international management experience with renowned companies, his CV shows a strong background in the automobile sector as well, having held various management positions with Germany-based MAN Truck & Bus Group for almost nine years before joining Hankook. Han-Jun Kim will succeed Ho- Youl Pae (60), who over the past four years strengthened the Hankook brand in Europe. At the beginning of the New Year, Pae will take on new responsibilities 20 Commercial Tyre Business
