UUG7 Meeting Previews New Fleet Auditing on E-Jobsheet

At the seventh UniSerV User Group (UUG) meeting on Thursday 12 October 2017 in Milton Keynes, CAM presented new fleet audit functionality on e-jobsheet ‘live’, bringing to a close six months of development to ensure end-to-end integration into UniSerV for fleet

In order to keep up with recent trends and adjust business to new opportunities, Zenises has established a new four floor technology centre based in Madrid. With a General Manager and Vice President of Technology now in place, the technology centre is expected to expand to a total of up to 40 family members and account for new business growth over the coming years.
The main focus is to oversee the “disruptive thinking” programme introduced by the Zenises Group. The Technology Centre is tasked with focussing on disrupting the value chain in the tyre industry to provide more value for the end consumer. The Centre will focus on ensuring that the company explores fully all new technologies on both product and distribution
related areas and provide support to all the company’s manufacturing and distribution partners. Zenises has also announces the appointment of Javier Iglesias as the new General Manager of this new business division. Iglesias comes to his new role with more than 14 years’ senior sales and marketing experience across a number of tyre segments as well as in a broader B2C marketing environment. Educated to degree level in the United Kingdom, he also holds an M.B.A. from Newport University and a postgraduate qualification
in Business Administration from IESE Business School (Navarra). Fares Kameli has also joined the new division as Vice President of Technology. Following the completion of a Degree in Computer Science, Fares holds more than 20 years’ experience in business and IT development in Europe and North America and recently held the position of Head of Digital Marketing at Parques Reunidos.

Warehouse Relocates
to Hainichen
The central truck tyre warehouse of the German Pneuhage Group was relocated to larger premises at the beginning of August. In the industrial area of Hainichen, two halls with direct access to the motorway have been hired on a long term basis with a total of 6,500 square metres. This increases the
company's storage capacity from 30,000 to 45,000 truck tyres.
At the previous location in Nossen, storage capacity had already been exhausted for some time, especially since it was being shared with agricultural, EM and industrial tyres.
