Tyre Assist has signed up to TiDaeX™ to leverage its access to e-jobsheet tablet technology and push jobs direct to dealer suppliers, benefiting both parties through enhanced visibility and administrative systemisation.

Enhancing Job Efficiency and Visibility through E-Jobsheet Technology

By sharing breakdown and service job instructions from Tyre Assist’s call management systems to connected dealers using e-jobsheet, the TiDaeX systemised link eliminates the need for dealers to re-key work information from Tyre Assist, ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency, significantly reducing the dealers’ admin workload.

Tyre Assist Is a Fully-Owned Subsidiary of TRS Tyres Ltd

Nathan Wintrip, operations manager for Tyre Assist, says, “We’ve noted how the success of TiDaeX integration for the use of e-jobsheet can provide clear and near real-time information sharing between parties, which improves the quality of data provided, benefiting both our business and the dealers’ businesses considerably.”

Steve Daly, director of MobileIT Apps, adds, “TiDaeX, through the e-jobsheet tablet app, unlocks genuine efficiencies by delivering direct connectivity that enhances the dealer subscribers’ useable day-to-day experience, saving them time, admin headache and costs, while at the same time ensuring greater visibility of work for Tyre Assist which hopefully might also amount to more work allocated to the participating dealer.”
