According to the latest ANFAC report, Spain’s light commercial vehicle registrations grew in January 2025, with industrial vehicle registrations declining.

ANFAC reported a 13.3% increase in Spain’s light commercial vehicle registrations, with a total of 12,613 units registered in January 2025. Iveco, Ford, Fuso, Mercedes and Isuzu were among the most purchased vehicles in this category. The regions that recorded the highest numbers of registrations include Madrid, Catalonia, Valencia, Andalucia and Canary Islands.
Truck registrations (>16t), however, declined by 7.2%, with a total of 2,217 registrations in January 2025. Iveco, Mercedes, Renault Trucks, Scania and Volvo were among the most purchased trucks in January 2025. The regions that recorded the highest number of industrial vehicle registrations include Madrid, Catalonia, Andalucia, Galicia and Castille and Leon.
Bus registrations in Spain in January 2025 grew by 35.5%, with 378 registrations. Mercedes, Iveco, MAN, Scania and Volvo were among the most purchased buses. Madrid, Andalucia, Valencia, Canary Islands and Galicia had the highest numbers of bus registrations in January 2025.
