Rapid Rubber Boosts Efficiency and Savings with Fitter-Force™ Implementation
Rapid Rubber, a longstanding e-job sheet subscriber based in Leeds, has successfully implemented Fitter-Force™ from CAM, integrating it with the established existing tablet service app to enhance stock management, billing, and customer document distribution.
With a team of 15 technicians, Rapid Rubber frequently collaborates with other dealers in regions beyond their direct coverage. Jonny Walker, Head of Operations, highlighted that “Fitter-Force’s ‘sharing’ functionality is something we are eager to explore further.”
However, the primary motivation for adopting Fitter-Force was the potential for cost savings and improved operational control. Walker explained, “I spent the weekend before our go-live clearing old invoices from our previous system, and by Monday morning was up-to-date and we were fully operational on Fitter-Force.”
Within the first week of using Fitter-Force, Walker identified, “I could see potential annual savings of £50,000, a significant boost for our business.”
CAM’s Managing Director, Mike Allen, comments, “Our reputation is built around partnership and problem-solving. We’ve worked closely with Rapid Rubber to successfully implement Fitter-Force into their operation, and they’re flying.”
Allen adds, “Fitter-Force powered by CAMEO, provides Commercial Tyre Service Providers all the functionality they need in an easy-to-use, reliable solution, that helps our partners drive operational efficiencies and business profitability.”
