From 17th March to the 20th, Trelleborg Tires will be at booth #S5135 at ProMat 2025 in Chicago. They’ll highlight its latest tyre solutions designed to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase cost-effectiveness across various material handling applications.
From resilient and press-on tyres to polyurethane and pneumatic options, Trelleborg Tires reports that it is committed to meeting the diverse needs of material handling operations, ensuring high performance across various environments.
Tangible Benefits to Operators
The company says its advanced features and compounds, such as Pit Stop Line, ProTEX, ProEnergy, and ProHD, provide operators with tangible benefits.
According to Trelleborg Tires, PitStop Line technology ensures proactive tyre management by providing a visible wear indicator. This reduces unexpected downtime and optimises tyre replacement schedules. Similarly, ProTEX is a non-marking and electrically conductive compound, making it ideal for safe use in potentially explosive environments.
Meanwhile, ProEnergy helps reduce battery consumption while improving the efficiency of electric forklifts in long-distance and high-speed operations. Lastly, ProHD increases load capacity by up to 15% for heavy-duty applications, enhancing stability and preventing damage under heavy loads.
On 17th March, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST, Trelleborg Tires at ProMat will also host an “Elevating Material Handling Efficiency by Choosing the Right Tires” seminar. This session at Theater H will provide insights into how selecting the right tyres can significantly enhance operational efficiency and reduce long-term costs.
