Prinx Europe will present the top nine of its Austone Tires and Fortune Tires brands at the IAA Transportation in Hanover.
Presenting New Innovations
Prinx Europe will present the top nine from its current portfolio for commercial vehicles at IAA Transportation in Hanover from September 17 to September 22. Green LEDs will draw visitors’ attention to the innovative RTH155, which is celebrating its premiere in Hanover: the Italian retread specialist and material manufacturer Marangoni has extended its Ringtread system to include an original Austone Tires tread for the first time. The ring based on the best-selling ATH155 will be presented in Hall 25, Stand C31.
New RTH155 Tread Ring
Marangoni has been a German distribution partner of the Prinx Europe brand Austone Tires since 2024. With the new RTH155 tread ring, the two companies are demonstrating their synergies and making an optimised life cycle for a modern commercial vehicle tyre an accessible option.
The spliceless tread ring prefabricated by Marangoni is stress-free. When retreading, it adheres to the carcass without deforming the tread pattern. In contrast to retreading with tread sections, there are no butt joints with Ringtread. This reduces rolling resistance and gives slow, even wear. The RTH155 corresponds to the original tread pattern of the ATH155 trailer tyre. Size 385/65R22.5 will be exhibited at the IAA Transportation.
As a complete package, the RTH155 combines retreads’ price and environmental benefits with the performance of new tyres from Austone Tires.
Peter Kraus, German Sales Manager at Prinx Europe: “On the one hand, the RTH155 is an incredible confirmation of the quality of our carcass and tread. On the other, we are proving that greater sustainability and cost efficiency are easy to achieve with products from PRINX Europe.” All nine truck and trailer tyres on show at the IAA can be regrooved and retreaded twice.
TH155: High Mileage and Low Fuel Consumption
Prinx Europe’s TH155 can handle difficult weather conditions and is built on a robust carcass. The trailer tyre combines high mileage with low fuel consumption. It comes with integrated LCI technology for suspension adjustment, an innovative tread pattern and a cool-running rubber compound. The TH155 is TÜV SÜD-tested, has the 3PMSF mark and is approved for OEMs in Europe. That makes this tyre for long-distance and regional transport particularly attractive to original equipment manufacturers of trailers. The same applies to international fleets that focus primarily on mileage performance but simultaneously want to meet the industry’s expectations for low CO2 emissions. The TH155 also demonstrates a commitment to conserving resources with its excellent regrooving capability and suitability for multiple retreads. The TH155 is available through both the Fortune and Austone brands.
The 15-strong trade fair team consists of high-ranking representatives of Prinx Europe, Marangoni Germany and Fortune Tires sales partner Woerlen Reifen. Austone-Tires-Partner LTD will be on-site for Dutch trade visitors.
