PRINX Europe is set to showcase its AUSTONE and FORTUNE tyre brands alongside key sales partners. Twelve ultra-modern tyres, each packed with innovative features for trailers and drive axles, are set to captivate the Truck Grand Prix audience. These innovations promise to bring a new level of performance and safety to the commercial vehicle industry.
PRINX: AUSTONE and FORTUNE at the Shine at the ADAC Truck Grand Prix from 11 to 14 July
The 37th International ADAC Truck Grand Prix (TGP) is the year’s most important truck motorsport event. Families are just as fascinated by it as drivers and trade visitors. The popular event in the Eifel is also the most significant annual industry trade fair for the commercial vehicle sector in the DACH + Benelux regions.
“The Truck Grand Prix is a vibrant celebration, energetic festival where truck manufacturers, suppliers, fleet operators and enthusiasts come together in a relaxed atmosphere,” says PRINX Europe Managing Director Thomas Wohlgemuth, describing the four-day event. “Every year, it’s another great opportunity for us to engage directly with the truck drivers themselves and, at the same time, get in touch with important players in the commercial vehicle industry.”
For Wohlgemuth, the TGP is also an excellent opportunity to offer his sales partners a platform and support them in their marketing and positioning. This is why PRINX Europe is on site together with its two German wholesalers: Retreader Marangoni Germany distributes the PRINX Europe brand AUSTONE, and Point S tyre dealer Woerlen distributes the FORTUNE brand. The Dutch Lowland Tyre Distribution (LTD), which has represented AUSTONE TIRES exclusively in the Netherlands for some time, will also be at the start. In the PRINX Europe show trailer, they will present their promotions for the specialised trade and the product range of the two brands.
12 Commercial Vehicle Tyres: All Operating Conditions and Axle Positions
There are plenty of topics to discuss thanks to ambitious new and further tyre developments. 12 products will be presented at the Nürburgring: 6 developments each from AUSTONE TIRES and FORTUNE TIRES. The entire range of truck, bus and trailer tyres is specially developed to meet the high demands of the European market in terms of product quality and variety. All tyres have excellent segment-specific product characteristics and are defined by high mileage, pronounced wet grip and low rolling resistance.
These two standout products are the highlights for this year:
• ATH 135 from AUSTONE TYRES for mega trailers and trailers: An ultra-modern tyre with an excellent price-performance ratio and TÜV SÜD certification. It incorporates state-of-the-art technologies and the Group’s developments for greater safety and sustainability. The trailer specialist is available in all standard tyre dimensions, two of which will be presented at the Ring: 445/45R19.5 160J and 455/40R22.5 160J.
• FDM 207 ON/OFF from FORTUNE TYRES: The drive axle tyre for mixed-use is directional and, according to Peter Kraus, Area Sales Manager at PRINX Europe, “a true champion in its class”. It delivers “unique traction in off-road applications of all kinds and combines maximum mileage, long casing durability and noticeably reduced tread wear”. These advantages are complemented by increased puncture resistance, excellent self-cleaning properties and good retreadability.
