Spain has experienced a slight increase in the number of registrations during September 2023.
New machinery registrations in Spain increased by 0.81% in September compared to the previous year
According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Spanish agricultural machinery market in Spain saw an increase in the number of new machinery registrations (2,364 units) compared to the figure reached in September 2022 (2,345 units).This represents an increase of 0.81% over the previous year.
However, there was a 29.70% drop in tractor registrations which translates into a total of 625 units registered, compared to 889 last year. During the period January-September, this decrease amounted to 16%.
New registrations of towed or mounted machinery amounted to 1,353 units, an increase of 26.10% compared to 1,073 units last year. Registrations of trailers also increase by 6.50%, although between January and September 2023 they have decreased by 0.53%.
