Continental Tire’s new commercial truck tyre plant in Clinton, Mississippi is up, running and raring to go in its mission to 750,000 units a year.

This plant is Continental’s second facility in the US that manufacturers medium truck tyres. With Mount Vernon, Continental’s plant in Illinois, which opened in 1988, the output is 10,300 truck tyres per day, when at full capacity, so the Mississippi plant looks set to beat that figure.
