At the National Farm Machinery Show, taking place between 16-19th February in Louisville, Kentucky, Mitas will be showcasing its VF HC 1000 tyre with Narrow Rim Option construction designed for the next generation of self-propelled sprayers along with the Mitas PowerPull 01 tyres.
Mitas Getting into the Competitive Spirit at National Farm Machinery Show
Fresh from appearing at the 38th U.S. Custom Harvesters Annual Convention in Amarillo, Texas, where Mitas exhibited its harvester tyres range, including the SFT and SFT CHO tyres, Mitas will combine exhibiting with competing at the National Farm Machinery Show.
During the show, Mitas’ 30.5L – 32 PowerPull 01 tyres will be mounted on Ricky Long’s Lucas Oil Bullseye modified tractor for a special tractor pulling competition. For interested guests, visitors will be able to meet members of Ricky Long’s Lucas Oil Bullseye team at Mitas’ booth, get an autograph from the team’s pilot, sit in his driver’s seat, and of course, take pictures with the vehicle.
The tractor pulling competition is a traditional part of the National Farm Machinery Show, so visitors will have a unique opportunity to see the Mitas tyres being used in action. More than 70,000 fans will be filling Freedom Hall to watch the nation’s best pilots battle for the title of Grand Champion.
Mitas will also exhibit its VF HC 1000 NRO tyres, which feature an optimal tread pattern design, which increases the tyre’s durability even at high speeds, meaning less time spent on the road. It can also run at lower inflation pressures, reducing soil compaction even under heavy loads.
