Michelin presented at the Salao Nacional do Transporte, which celebrated its fifth edition at the Expocentro Pavilion in Pombal, Portugal from July 1 to 3.
Michelin Exhibits it’s Wide Range of Tyres
The event was held on July 1 to 3 under the slogan “Achieved, transport and sustainability”, Michelin was one of the protagonists of the event, dedicated exclusively to the road freight transport sector. Michelin maintains a close collaboration with carriers and distributors to offer constant and quality services and solutions, with which to guarantee mobility beyond the tyre. And the Salao Nacional do Transporte, a meeting point to learn about the latest developments in the sector, is the ideal setting to highlight Michelin’s proximity and closeness to the end user, the haulier.
In addition, those who attended the event was able to discover its wide range of tyres and its multi-life model at the Michelin stand. Michelin offers transporters a wide range with a tyre for every need, which favours cost savings and helps preserve the planet’s resources. A more efficient and sustainable transport for which Michelin tyres provide characteristics as different as they are essential for hauliers. Safety on the road, fuel savings, handling, robustness, reduced environmental impact and durability.
The tyres that Michelin showed at its stand at the Salao Nacional do Transporte are the following X Line Energy Range, X Multi Energy Range, X Multi Range and Agilis Range. X Line Energy Range tyres offers the greatest fuel savings to the carrier, being able to cover a greater distance with less consumption. Following with X Multi Energy Range, for its energy efficiency with high mileage. X Multi Range is known for longer life and mobility in all weather conditions. Lastly there is Agilis Range, these tyres are for light commercial vehicles and vans that combine excellent safety and durability with maximum efficiency.
There was also multi-life model, with Michelin retreading, the environmental footprint is reduced and the profitability of the business is maximised. Finally, re-sculptable tyres from the design stage, the Michelin tyre is conceived to use even the last millimetres of rubber, which offer the haulier extra mileage, with lower fuel consumption and extra safety.
