Netherlands based Magna Tyres will again be returning as an exhibitor at this year’s Tire Cologne show at Koelmesse, Germany. As part of the company’s continually ongoing brand image momentum in the heavy tyre market sector.
Magna Tyres to Attend Tire Cologne 2024
The Magna Tyres sales team will be showcasing a selected range of their popular tyres covering the mining, earthmover, industrial, port handling, crane agricultural industries. Whilst at the same time particularly highlighting two of their latest additions to their ever expanding, product portfolio – The recently introduced M-Truck tyre series and Magna’s own in-house TPMS system.
The Magna M-Truck has been specifically designed for use on all trucking, haulage, tanker and trailer applications in a choice of steer, drive, all-position and trailer applications in long-haul, regional and construction operations. The range also incorporates an impressive steel belted casing with a special rubber compound, which ensures high resistance levels against punctures and other field hazards.
At the same time the M-Truck tread pattern guarantees decent field and road traction performance, whilst effectively reducing vibration when driven at road speed. The tyres also provide high grip levels on all types of road surfaces through first class self-cleaning capabilities. A comprehensive presentation of the M-Truck range will be available for inspection on the Magna stand, which currently is available in eight pattern options: RG10, RG11, RG20, RG30, RG31, CO10, C020 and CO30. With each having their own innovative features and benefits for use in a variety of industrial application.
Magna Tyres will also be using this year’s event to highlight for the very first time in Europe, the recent launch of the company’s own exclusive TPMS System which provides real-time tyre pressure and temperature monitoring with alerts on moderate and extreme readings on a 24/7 basis, even when the machine is unpowered.
Whilst the system also permits users to swiftly react to situations in the field by immediately identifying problems and giving a prompt solution. Automatic emails of actions can be sent from the system to the appropriate person within the organisation and be easily linked to a desktop version as well as a mobile App (IOS/Android). With GPS location tracking of the TPMS, the system monitoring distance travelled, and hours used for tyre usage statistics.
Additional benefits include valve specialised sensors that continuously measure all the information needed for a smooth operation, including pressure, heat, speed and distance. Whilst the Magna Gateway is the beating heart of information gathering which is measured by the sensors and through the CAN-bus then collected and transmitted in real-time.
