Alligator Updates its Online Presence

After ten years, the valve and sensor specialist Alligator has updated its homepage with a new look and added some new features. The three separate homepages of Alligator valve group, sens.it and sens.it HD have now been combined into a single page. The old web addresses now automatically redirect visitors to the new address, http://www.alligator-ventilfabrik.de/. User friendliness has been improved on the new website. Among other things, it is more responsive now, meaning that the page can be
accessed via smartphone or tablet, because the individual elements like navigation, text and images have been adapted for mobile end devices.
New navigation should make it easier to find the desired sub-pages. Clickable elements are clearly identified and conspicuous with more symbols and image elements being added.

ATS Euromaster Repeats Success at NTDA Awards
ATS Euromaster expert technician Lee Hayman has been crowned as REACT Roadside Technician of the Year at the National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA) Awards, with the company winning the award for the second successive year.
Hayman, who works at ATS Euromaster’s service centre in Plympton, is a mobile technician in one of more than 820 service vans operated by the tyre and vehicle maintenance provider. With qualifications from City & Guilds in every type of vehicle tyre fitting and roadside breakdown, he specialises in truck tyre management. Operating across a predominantly rural patch, Hayman manages the largest regional customer account, Gregory Distribution, which
encompasses some 500 vehicles and 900 trailers.
In addition to regular tyre management work – including fleet checks, tyre husbandry and scheduling complex work – Hayman has also attended thousands of roadside callouts in six years without incident.

A New Michelin
Man Mascot for Trucks
The range of Michelin Man mascots has been expanded with the arrival of a new version for mounting on the outside of trucks. The current
model, launched at the end of 2015, is designed solely for mounting inside the cab.
The Michelin Man has been a common sight on the roof of trucks since the 1950s. Proudly displayed above the cab of the truck, this truckers' companion has now become a collector’s item.
Available in two sizes, 19cm and 40cm, the new Michelin Man
mascot was unveiled at IAA in Hannover. It will become commercially available in 2017.
