ATS Euromaster Opens New Altrincham Centre

ATS Euromaster has opened a new tyre and vehicle service centre in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, investing more than £320,000. Located in the Blue Chip Business Park, Atlantic Street, the new 7,500 ft2 site replaces the company’s previous service centre on Oakfield Street which has fallen under a compulsory purchase order. It is situated next to a popular retail park with easy access to both the M60 and M56 motorways – and all five of
the Oakfield Street staff members have made the move to the new premises.
The company has invested in six brand new vehicle ramps capable of accommodating long-wheelbase high-roof panel vans, allowing staff to fully meet the needs of the light commercial vehicle customers. In addition, the centre can now offer both Class IV and Class VII MOTs for the first time.

The Semperit Runner D2 was designed for use in both regional and long-distance transportation.

Judges were impressed with its improved tread and compact pattern ("Void Optimised Pattern") that results in high mileage and optimal fuel efficiency. Thanks to a newly developed rubber compound, the drive axle tyre offers significant potential for savings in fuel consumption. The reinforced bead in the tyre carcass provides excellent resistance to variable bearing loads. Like all the other tyres in the Semperit Runner family, the D2 is also based on a retreadable carcass.
