SmartFlex All-Season Tyres from Hankook Offer Maximum Flexibility
outside of ribs 2 and 4, they help prevent one-sided, irregular wear. Sizes 385/65R22.5 and 385/55R22.5 will be launched in December 2015.
The Hankook SmartFlex DH31 is available in sizes 295/80R22.5, 315/60R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 315/70R22.5 and is designed for medium to long hauls. Its solid 6-rib tread with special 6-angle tread blocks provide improved grip, higher mileage and significantly improved uniform wear behaviour. Hankook’s patented self-cleaning sipes in the middle of each block prevent damage to
the block edges thereby providing excellent traction performance throughout the tyres lifecycle. At the end of 2015, the range will be expanded to include size 295/60R22.5.
All SmartFlex tyres are equipped with newly adapted, deep 3- dimensional sipes that facilitate uniform wear patterns enabling improved mileage and a higher overall tyre efficiency. In the drive axle tyres, DH31, the 3D sipes also enable constantly high traction performance even with advanced tyre wear.
