         ATS Euromaster Opens New Flagship Centre in Wrexham
 ATS Euromaster has invested more than £350,000 opening a brand new service centre in Wrexham, North Wales. It is equipped to support all vehicle types including cars, vans, trucks, industrial equipment and agricultural machinery.
Located on Mold Road and directly opposite Wrexham FC, the new 7,500 ft2 site replaces the company’s previous centre on Dolydd Road. The

    Simon Tidmarsh Joins Kings Road Tyres
Following Totrax Acquisition
The Kings Road Tyres Group has confirmed the appointment of Simon Tidmarsh as Commercial Director following the acquisition of Lincolnshire based specialist tyre wholesaler, Totrax Ltd. Tidmarsh joins the senior management team to head up the Group’s sales operations, bringing with him extensive knowledge of the UK tyre industry, having worked in previous roles for Kennings Tyres, ATS Euromaster, Solideal UK and, most recently, Totrax.
Welcoming Tidmarsh to KRT, Group Managing Director Adrian Bader said: “Simon will be a great addition to the team and will play a key role in developing sales throughout the Group in line with our expansion plans. His particular

Tidmarsh, who
will be based at
KRT’s head office
in Hayes,
commented: “I am delighted to be joining KRT at such an exciting time in the company’s development. The acquisition of Totrax provides additional expertise in the industrial and OTR market and complements KRT’s established position in the truck, agricultural and PCR sectors.”
The Totrax business, which concentrates on specialist tyre, wheel, axle and undergear products and service, will be incorporated into KRT’s wholesale operation in Boston. The company is the exclusive UK distributor for Emrald Greckster industrial tyres and Essieux Bourgogne axle systems, an arrangement that will now be taken on by KRT.

Situated close to the A483, the new site occupies a prime retail location, offers ample parking and makes the firm easy for customers to do business with. The centre is also home to a fleet of service vans which can be booked by business customers for routine tyre replacements. Mobile service vans are also on standby 24/7 to provide a roadside rapid response service to commercial vehicle operators, in the event of a tyre- related breakdown.
      The inaugural CAM UniSerV User Group (UUG) meeting, chaired by Anne Sherwood, business support manager of Tructyre Fleet Management, took place ahead of the NTDA dinner on Wednesday, 8 October 2014 at Manchester Hilton Deansgate to discuss the latest release of the software and scope out future developments to benefit the commercial tyre sector.
UniSerV customers AC Tyres, Anglian Tyre Truck Management, City 1st Tyres, Dexel Tyre and Autocentre, GW Tyres, Horndean, Lodge Tyre, Malvern/County Tyre Group,
McConechys Tyre and Exhaust Centres, RJ Strang, Robbs Tyres, Tyrenet, Tyrework, Universal Tyres and Autocentres and Watling Tyres were invited to the event along with CAM’s technical experts to discuss universal issues and exchange views and ideas with the aim of continuing to drive forward efficiencies and business enhancements through the UniSerV platform.
A framework of priorities and timelines is now being drawn up to ensure UniSerV’s user work flow, mobile work and stock visibility, business intelligence and integration to third
