According to data provided by ANFAC, registrations of light commercial vehicles reached 15,301 units in June, an increase of 46.5% compared to last year. In the first half of the year, the market continues its positive trend and totalled 72,150 units, 26.6% more than the previous year. Despite the monthly increase, sales to the self-employed fell by 17.2%, while the company and rental channels achieved respective increases of 76.5% and 25.6%.
Registrations of commercial vehicles, buses, coaches and minibuses registered a new increase in June with 20.7% more than the same month last year, with 2,541 sales in the month. So far this year, 15,178 units have been sold, representing an improvement of 20.8%. By type of vehicle, commercial vehicles obtained 2,235 new registrations, 15.9% more than in the previous year and, similarly, sales of buses, coaches and minibuses reached 306 units sold, with an improvement of 71.9% in the month.
