For the 3rd Edition of Los Premios Hevea, held at the IFEMA Fair, Madrid on Tuesday 1st March, Continental were front and centre at the awards, scoring four awards in total, including three of the most prestigious awards of the evening.
Continental Scoops Honour Award at Los Premios Hevea
For the non-competitive Honour Award, Continental was recognised as being one of the oldest independent tyre manufacturers. The award was collected by Ismael Rubio, Commercial Director of Continental Tires España.
For Jon Ander García, General Director of Continental Tires Spain, he said of the evening’s haul, “It is an honour to be recognised again by the tyre industry. Without a doubt, obtaining this award, with such prestige motivates us to continue working in the right direction and continue achieving important things in the areas. These objectives by our company include innovation, safe mobility and mobility in a sustainable way.
For the Best Premium Tyre Brand Award, Continental won the award with 28% of the vote. Daniel Camacho, Director of Retail Sales, Franchising and Fleets of Continental Tires Spain, collected this award. For Best Tourism Tyre, Continental won for its Spots Contact Tyre, with 26% of the vote. Francisco Javier Caballero, Marketing Director of Continental Tires Spain collected this award for the manufacturer. Continental finally scored Best Tyre Manufacturer with a healthy 30% share of the vote, with Ismael Rubio collecting this award as well, making for a memorable night for both Rubio and Continental.
