Built to compete in the competitive Japanese market, the Camso CWL 532 bias tyre has been designed to provide a dependable off-road performance, with optimal traction suitable for compact loaders operating on mixed and soft surfaces.
Camso Extends Off-Road Tyre Collection
As Camso designed its bias tyre, the manufacturer worked closely to fulfil the requirements of compact wheel loaders in Japan. Compact wheel loaders in Japan represent the third-most important segment of compact equipment in the construction industry, which highlights the strength of the industry.
The tyre has been developed to maintain a high level of puncture resistance when working on varied surfaces, included sand, dirt and snow. The void guard tread protection provides more rubber to reduce the risk of impact-related punctures, while the tyre’s impact and rim guards enhance sidewall and rim flange protection. The enhanced tread depth with curved lugs also ensures traction and durability.
As a second-generation Camso tyre, the CWL 532 features a stepped tread design to improve both tyre cleanout and traction in off-road conditions. As the different tyre sizes are marked on the tread, this means that the tyre can be easily identified when stocked in warehouses.
Geuk Bae Kim, Product Manager for construction tyres in Asia said of the new tyre: The Camso CWL 532 is a versatile construction tyre for compact wheel loaders that offers great off-road traction, especially when working on mixed and soft surfaces. Its tread pattern has been inspired by our skid steer loader tyres to reduce vibrations and improve operator comfort.
