Extended Wear Limits
The Galaxy MFS 101 SDS offers extended wear limits and a long tyre life even in high-intensity operations thanks to the tyre’s three-stage construction. Reduced heat build-up, effective shock absorption and minimised vibrations further characterise this forklift tyre.
The pattern design with continuous centre lug and circumferential grooves ensures a smooth ride and good steerability. In addition, the wide flat profile and the flat sidewall provide high stability during vertical stacking forklift operations. In total, the offering includes 34 SKUs (black, Quick Heel), 34 SKUs (black, Standard Heel), 30 SKUs (non-marking, Quick Heel) and 5 SKUs (non-marking, Standard Heel).
In a recent Italian case study on a CAT 2.5 tons forklift that was used for handling heavy pallets on asphalt, the Yokohama-ATG Galaxy MFS 101 SDS delivered approximately 900 working hours, which equals 112 working shifts.

It allows a smooth ride due to low vibrations and effective shock absorption and is puncture-proof with extended wear limits. Anti-slip steel beads ensure improved rim fitment.
