Firestone, which is known for its durable and reliable products, is bringing its first off-the-road (OTR) radial tyre line-up to the European market with the MULTI BLOCK T. The multi-purpose tyre with dual identification L3 / E3 (L for wheel loaders and E for articulated dump trucks) is ideal for dealers, rental machine companies or end users who are looking for a cost-conscious product that offers durable and reliable quality.
The Firestone MULTI BLOCK T stems from years of research as well as an understanding of customer needs and the necessary balance between wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks. The casings and the tread design of the MULTI BLOCK T reduce vibrations and offer a wide range of applications. The sidewall and the tread of the tyre are particularly cut-resistant in order to avoid unexpected damage and subsequent downtime. The tread bars prevent the lugs from flexing and moving, while the non-directional tread design ensures good, even wear. The tyre’s open shoulder design contributes to its traction performance.

The Firestone MULTI BLOCK T (L3 / E3 tyres) was developed for both wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks and will be successively available on the European market from April 2021 in the following five main sizes: 17.5R25, 20.5R25, 23.5R25, 26.5R25 and 29.5R25.
