Falken Zone, the affiliate programme of Falken Tyres, which in turn is the European subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber-Industries Limited is going from strength to strength, reaching over 750 total associates since its inception in July 2020.
Falken Zone’s Workshop Programme Connects with Associates in Spain, Italy and Greece
“We are very satisfied with the evolution of the Falken Zone. In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, we made the decision to launch a flagship workshop programme to support our distributors and direct customers in Spain, Italy and Greece and, at this time, we have already reached more than 750 total associates,” commented Yuri Pérez Alonso, Sales Manager Iberia at Falken Tyre Europe.
The project allows workshops a direct and established relationship with Falken, through its usual distributor combining the advantages that both facilitate and provide a flexible development programme that is constantly evolving, taking into account the needs and experience of the partner.
To celebrate a strong first year, Falken Tyres organised virtual meetings with more than 150 workshops from the three southern European countries where the loyalty programme has been implemented. Gonzalo Di Pierro Garcia, marketing representative for southern Europe and Nina Ahlmann, senior specialist in commercial marketing and events, who have both been essential in the development of the Falken Zone were in attendance. Yuri Pérez Alonso and Falken Tyre Europe Operations Director, Markus Bögner welcomed the partners, thanking them for their collaboration, trust and execution in the project.
Since the Falken Zone has launched, the project has taken an active role in supporting wholesales and distributors across southern Europe with a commercial package designed to offer practical support and personalisation in each individual workshop and to offer innovative digital tools to secure constant and comprehensive support for each individual client working with the Falken Zone.
