The European Commission has announced that its review process concerning anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures imposed on certain truck and bus tyres originating in China has now concluded. The investigation found that TBR imports have continued to enter the EU market in high volumes (compared to the size of the market) at dumped/subsidised prices.
Implementing Regulations on TBR Imports
As a result, the Commission has announced it is implementing Regulations imposing definitive anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Chinese TBR-Imports.
The official outcome of the investigation with the finalised AD and AS duties has been published in COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2025/58 and 2025/61, dated 15 January 2025.
The combined AD-/AS-duties imposed range from 21.12 Euros to 78.90 Euros per item.
