CAM International have signed an agreement with Continental Tyre’s fleet management division, Conti360° Solutions, to help e-jobsheet app subscribers directly connect with fleet management software – via the TiDaeX™ platform.
E-Jobsheet Subscribers to Benefit from Conti360° Integration
The partnership will allow Conti360° Network Partners in the UK and Ireland that subscribe to CAM International’s e-jobsheet tablet app for truck, bus, van and industrial tyre service work, to directly connect with the Conti360° fleet management system via the TiDaeX™ platform.
The ease of connectivity with the Conti360° fleet management system will secure intercompany accuracy, whilst delivering time and admin cost efficiencies at both a fleet management and dealer level.
Using CAM International’s e-jobsheet software, dealer technicians working on behalf of the Conti360° Network, will be able to pass data automatically from a tablet via TiDaeX™ within seconds of a job being completed. Information relayed by TiDaeX™ includes a copy of the job card, status updates, signatures, photos, measurements and recommendations from fleet inspections provided. Technicians can also deliver digital evidence of the work undertaken on behalf of Conti360° Solutions and its customers.
Karolina Siecinska, Project Lead, at Conti360° Solutions says the partnership will add even more value to Conti360° Network customers. She says, “Connecting through the single integration point with TiDaeX™ will mean greater workflow efficiencies for our network partners, many of whom are already e-jobsheet subscribers. We are looking forward to building on our relationship with CAM International in the coming months.”
Steve Daly, director of CAM International, adds, “We are delighted to be adding Conti360° Solutions onto this integrated digital service platform. We are providing access for an array of Conti360° Network Partners that align with our own e-jobsheet subscriber base and who, along with Conti360° Solutions, will collectively benefit from this industry-leading connectivity.”
