At TOC Europe 2024, Continental will present its intelligent tyre and service portfolio geared toward facilitating ports’ digital transition.

At this year’s TOC Europe in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Continental will advocate for a digital transformation in port operations and present tyre and digital technologies that fulfil its vision of “Smart Port – Better Flow.” Product highlights like the DockMaster+ and the TerminalMaster tyres showcase the performance and reliability of its port tyre portfolio.

We are committed to supporting this smart port evolution with a portfolio that combines adaptability, efficiency and environmental responsibility.” TOC Europe 2024 will take place from June 11 to 13, 2024. Visitors will find Continental at booth H64 in hall 1.
Scalable Digital Solutions
Continental offers an integrated product range of V.ply, radial and solid tyres specially tailored to the demanding environment of a port terminal. For the first time, Continental will present a complementary digital solution portfolio unique to the port segment. It consists of tailor-made scalable solutions suited to different application situations, such as ContiConnect, the reliable fleet management platform for large port operation fleets and ContiConnect Lite, a leaner free-of-charge version for mobile devices that do not require any additional hardware other than the Gen2 tyre sensor.
There is also Continental’s new entry-level solution: the new Valve Cap Sensor for efficient tyre pressure monitoring and with easy installation directly at the tyre valve. With these three adaptable solutions, port operators can achieve greater sustainability and efficiency based on their individual fleets’ needs. Teck Seng Chew, Product Manager for Port Operation Tyres, gives an outlook on the trade fair: “We are looking forward to three exciting days where we will show that our intelligent tyres are an indispensable part of the digital infrastructure of a smart port.”
