Continental reorganises its Sales Team in Spain and appoints Three New Managers
Continental España, true to its commitment to continuous improvement in favour of better customer service, has appointed three new managers in the sales organisation. Jesús Moreno will be the new head of Retail Sales, Distributors and Touring Parts and Alejandro Moyano will be responsible for Truck Sales. Both will report directly to Ismael Rubio, Commercial Director. In addition, Antonio Sangüesa will be the new Head of Fleets and Digital Truck Solutions and will report to Alejandro Moyano. Their new positions will be effective as of 1 January 2024.
All three new managers have been with the company for many years. Jesús Moreno has more than 20 years of experience in Continental and has held various positions as head of sales Tourism; Alejandro Moyano, meanwhile, has been with the organisation for just over a decade, always linked to fleet management, and Antonio Sangüesa arrived five years ago to be Head of Digital Solutions. “With these changes Continental creates specialists by product and channel so that they can advise the customer in a unique way in the tyre sector,” said Ismael Rubio, Commercial Director.
These changes in the company respond to Continental’s interest in improving the customer experience, as they will be part of the ‘Customer Centricity’ project, but also to the ambition to continue growing and developing and retaining talent, a hallmark of the organisation, and to continue to position itself as a leading brand in the market.
