According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, agriculture machinery registrations in Spain have significantly declined in January 2025, with a slight increase in tractor registrations.

According to the latest data published by the Ministry, total agriculture machinery registrations in Spain declined by 13.6% in January 2025, with 2,039 units registered. Andalucia, Castille and Leon, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia and Valencia were the regions with the highest number of agriculture machinery registrations in January 2025.
The Ministry reported 712 tractor registrations in Spain in January 2025, which represents a 6.9% increase compared to January 2024. The regions where the highest number of tractor registrations were recorded include Andalucia, Castilla-La Mancha, Castille and Leon, Valencia and Galicia.
Automotive machinery registrations declined by 18.3% in January 2025, with 98 units registered. Andalucia, Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia, Catalonia and Castille and Leon had the highest number of automotive machinery registrations in January 2025.
Towed or suspended machinery registrations have faced a significant decline of 21% compared to January 2024, with a total of 1,086 units registered in January 2024. Andalucia, Castille and Leon, Castilla-La Mancha, Valencia and Aragon reported the highest number of registrations for this type of machinery, according to the Ministry data.
