Vaculug Strengthens Leadership Team with Three Key Senior Appointments for Sustainable Growth
Vaculug is thrilled to announce the appointment of three new roles within their senior management team. Over the last few months, Vaculug embarked on a strategic project to enhance its management structure. This aims to drive sustainable growth while prioritising employee development effectively.
What’s more, they focused on refining their organisational structure and succession planning, which effectively led to the following appointments:
Phil West, Vaculug’s Commercial Director, now oversees all Sales and RTM activity, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. With over 42 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership, making him exceptionally suited for this role.
Craig Rudkin is the new sales director and leads the Sales and National Accounts team. His 33-year journey with Vaculug began in the factory, and his extensive experience and dedication to the company have prepared him well for this position.
Jason Humphries steps into the role of IT and Logistics Director. Since joining Vaculug in 2001, he has leveraged over 20 years of logistics, operations, and IT expertise to implement strategic initiatives. His leadership will strengthen Vaculug’s IT infrastructure and logistical capabilities as the company grows.
