Goodyear has announced that it will exhibit its comprehensive range of Off-the-Road (OTR) products, services and solutions at Hillhead 2024 between June 25 and June 27, which will feature the exhibition debut in the UK of the brand new Goodyear GP-4D Gen II OTR tyre.

Hillhead 2024 is the largest quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition in the UK. It takes place every two years at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton, and welcomes 600 exhibitors with around 18,500 visitors.
The broad appeal of the exhibition makes it an attractive opportunity for Goodyear to showcase their Total Mobility offering including their range of products, services and solutions to help off-the-road operations minimize cost, reduce downtime and stay productive. Goodyear experts will be on-site to help potential clients understand how its suite of products and solutions can help boost their business.
Goodyear will present its new GP-4D Gen II tyre (750/65R25), aimed at articulated dump trucks. The tyre features an optimised tread design, multiple steel belt carcass construction and a unique tread compound. These features add up to benefits such as versatile tread patterns for balanced performance, improved treadwear and a high level of comfort for the operator.
Goodyear TPMS Heavy-Duty
Total Mobility includes a bespoke tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) technology for heavy-duty vehicles. This allows site operators operating OTR machinery to manage tyres using real-time data to help reduce machine downtime and optimise tyre life, operational efficiency and costs. The system alerts operators and fleet managers of tyre-related issues before they become serious.
Goodyear TPMS Heavy Duty can be used across all major OTR segments, including port, underground mining, surface mining and construction.
