Tyres Engineered for Performance, Conquering Diverse Terrains
Trelleborg tyres are engineered to withstand extreme material excavation, landscaping, building, and recycling conditions and are built to last. Some of the tyre innovations on show at Trelleborg Stand 525 – Hall C5 include:
• BRAWLER HD Excavator Super Single—Developed for material handlers/excavators, the Super Single replaces dual assemblies in the waste and recycling industry, large construction sites, and logging where the risk of tyre damage is high. Its puncture-proof design and unique rubber compounds ensure maximum endurance, and its wide profile delivers excellent stability and traction.
• BRAWLER HPS (High-Performance Solid)—Made for rough scrap recycling sites, waste transfer stations, quarries, and mines. Designed with unique elliptical sidewall apertures, the Brawler HPS tyre has been proven to absorb shock, ensuring 30% less vibration than a standard solid tyre to maximize operator comfort, regardless of application.
• Trelleborg EMR1051—The optimal radial tyre for intensive loading applications where uncompromising traction is needed, such as in open pits, quarries, or building construction and landscaping. Its multi-surface tread design and state-of-the-art tread compound ensure long tyre life and maximum protection from cuts and damages, reducing machine downtime. Moreover, its all-steel radial construction ensures equal load distribution, providing extra comfort while maintaining low fuel consumption.
