BKT has conceived and developed several tire ranges that are suitable for loaders. The purpose is to provide a concrete and direct response to the particular needs and requirements that operators in the industrial field bring forward daily.
BKT’s Up Loaders for Diverse Industrial Applications
Loaders are employed in a variety of different applications. This is exactly the reason why BKT has designed an extensive range of products that perfectly suit this type of equipment’s different usage conditions.
The BK-Loader 53, an aramid-belted tyre designed for loaders in industrial applications is designed for recycling operations. Thanks to the special tread pattern, which ensures lateral stability. Its extra depth also provides resistance against wear, cuts and punctures. BK-Loader 53 also distinguishes for self-cleaning properties, in addition to traction on both wet and dry surfaces and is available in size 405/70 R 20.
Good traction, handling and stability are the stand-out features of the Earthmax SR 31, a multi-ply steal-belted radial tyre, which has been specifically engineered for loaders. It is the ideal partner even for the toughest operating conditions, and it copes extremely well and with agility on muddy terrain. In addition to extraordinary driving comfort, this tyre ensures a longer product life-cycle thanks to the cut-and-heat-resistant tread compound. Earthmax SR 31 is available in sizes 23.5 R 25, 26.5 R 25 and 29.5 R 25.
For applications in the construction sector, BKT offer the Earthmax SR 25 which is an all steel radial tyre. Thanks to the non-directional tread design, it offers enhanced grip, good self-cleaning properties as well as stability off the road on tough terrains such as those of road construction sites. The tyre is available in size 14.00 R 24.
For loading operations on really tricky terrains, there is Rock Grip L4. In order to operate under challenging conditions, such tyres must provide resistance against cuts, punctures and heat. Rock Grip L4 fully satisfies these requirements thanks to the L4 tread compound, which makes this product particularly efficient and is available in size 14.00 – 25.
Designed for loaders operating in heavy loading applications is XL GRIP. It has been specifically conceived to minimize the risk of cuts and punctures. This cross-ply wide-base tyre’s strengths are strong traction along with durability. XL GRIP is available in not less than seven sizes: 16.0/70 – 20, 15.5 – 25, 17.5 – 25, 20.5 – 25, 23.5 – 25, 26.5 – 25 and 29.5 – 25.
Snow Trac instead – as the name suggests – is intended for loaders operating on the road at severe climate conditions, especially such as ice and snow. The tyre excels for its traction, thanks to the special tread design, which withstands slippage risks offering best driving comfort at the same time. It is available on the market in six different sizes: 16.9 – 24, 18.4 – 24, 15.5 – 25, 17.5 – 25, 20.5 – 25 and 23.5 – 25.
A special compound, which offers cut resistance, is the distinguishing feature of Loader Grip. The Loader grip is a cross-ply tyre that is designed for loading and levelling operations in both industrial and OTR applications. Presently, the Loader Grip is available in six sizes: 14.00 – 25, 17.5 – 25, 20.5 – 25, 23.5 – 25, 26.5 – 25 and 29.5 – 25.
Last but not least, there is EM 937, which is used for excavating and loading operations. Its distinctive features are enhanced durability as well as cut and chip resistance along with
