As of the start of October, 2 OBO establishments within the Magna Tyres Group has undergone a name change.
Strategic Name Changes in Magna Tyres Group
The two establishments will continue under new names, namely:
- OBO Tyres Hardenberg will become Magna Tyres Factory
- OBO Reifen Leipzig will become Magna Tyres Germany
Together with the already renewed image, the new name will according to the Magna Tyres Group, “improve brand awareness and lead to clearer positioning of the company.”
These changes are in line with Magna Tyres Group‘s international growth strategy, that intends to ensure further growth.
The name change anticipates the next step in the global expansion of Magna Tyres Group with the Magna Tyres Factory beginning to focus on increasing production capacity in Hardenberg, Netherlands.
